General travel terms and conditions
- The Carrier provides the customer with a ticket for the route indicated therein including 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person. Extra luggage can only be carried if space is available on the bus and after consultation with the Office.
- The customer must have his ticket PRINTED to board the car.
- After the ticket has been issued, no money will be refunded in case of cancellation of the ticket.
- If the ticket is lost, a new one will have to be issued and the price paid again. The Carrier is not responsible in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
- The Carrier is not responsible for the necessary travel documents that each passenger must have.
- The Carrier has the right to refuse to issue a ticket and board the customer if he does not carry the legal travel documents.
- Each passenger is obliged to pay for the damages caused to the car.
- The Carrier is not responsible for delays – cancellations that can be caused by strikes, increased traffic, natural disasters or force majeure.
- The Carrier bears no responsibility in case of loss of baggage before it is delivered to the Carrier or after it is delivered to the passenger.
- If part of the journey is not carried out because of the Carrier, the passengers have the right to appeal for compensation for the part of the journey that was not carried out.
- Alcohol and smoking are prohibited inside the bus, as well as the transportation of animals.
- All complaints must be made in writing to Transportation within 1 month of travel. Technical problems, including comfort during the journey, are not grounds for complaint.
- The Carrier has the right to change the schedule if deemed necessary.
- The price of the boat is not included in the ticket price. The price of the boat in the high season.
